She is a Fellow and Professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia and is currently on the Queensland committee for the CDAA as immediate Past President. During her years in the career development field she has received several awards and a DEST scholarship to complete a Master of Career Development.  She is an experienced trainer and workshop facilitator and has presented at many conferences.
